Capital Pool Companies in search of qualifying transactions will pay a monthly fee of $99.95 USD for deal flow specific to their market sector of interest.  What do you get for that fee?  Current deals with Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) in CPC Alert’s archive are:

CPC Alert also facilitates the sale, purchase, and merger of CPCs by company executives.  Appropriate Finder’s Fees are applicable when a qualifying transaction is finalized and in the event of the sale, purchase, or merger of CPCs.
