Our precedence is privacy.  At CPC Alert, we make privacy rights and our customer relationships, our top priority.  All information received by paying members and potential members that sign up for “receive updates” or fill out the “contact us” information will only be used for the services provided by CPC Alert and for CPC Alert alone.  The information collected through this website will not be sold or distributed to any other source.  We value, and are committed, to holding our customer relationships in the highest regard.

The applications members fill out with regards to investment experience will only be available to CPC Alert and the lead broker to which the member is gaining access.  A privacy policy agreement will be signed by each lead broker that will ensure the members confidentiality.

At no time will CPC Alert use information given to send users unsolicited promotional emails.  There are no advertising banners on www.cpcalert.com and the company does not support sponsored spam emails.

CPC Alert collects members information (ie: name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number) for billing purposes only.  Emails and phone numbers are key points of communication and CPC Alert uses a client’s email address to confirm a new account.

If necessary, CPC Alert may provide customer information to persons or agencies assessing compliance with industry standards, as well as attorneys, accountants, and auditors.  In addition, information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any bankruptcy, merger, sale, transfer of company assets, or acquisition.

Except as described in this privacy policy, we will not use your personal information for any other purpose unless we describe how such information will be used at the time you disclose it to us or we obtain your permission.
